In 1991 local contractor Keith Rockman pooled his talents to form Whitrock Associates, Inc., one company aimed towards serving the EmeraldCoast's Development and construction market. With over twenty-five years combined experience in roofing, additions and remodeling, Keith sought to provide his clients with a quality product that was "a step above" the industry standard.
Today, Whitrock Associates Inc., continues to operate under that philosophy. Keith divides his time managing daily on-site efforts and working one-on-one with homeowners.
Whitrock Associates does not build prepackaged homes; they focus on development and construction of residential and multi-family structures, and specialize in semi-custom homes within their subdivisions and then sell them during the construction phase. The design process is determined by how far along they are in the building phase. Generally, homeowners have the ability to choose interior and exterior paint colors, cabinetry design, and lighting and plumbing fixtures.
Whether they are developing single family subdivisions or townhomes and apartments, Whitrock Associates aims to provide a quality product at an affordable price. While many builders utilize entry level materials (also known as "builder's grade") for their cabinetry, appliances and flooring. Whitrock Associates' homes are equipped with higher quality products.
